AI USAGE & ETHICAL AI POLICY

This AI Usage & Ethical AI Policy (“AI Policy”) describes the principles, standards, and responsibilities governing the use of artificial intelligence (“AI”), machine learning, automation, analytics, and related technologies by ResolX (“ResolX”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

This Policy applies to users, customers, partners, employees, contractors, and other parties accessing or using AI-enabled services provided through www.resolx.ai (the “Services”).

1. PURPOSE

ResolX is committed to the responsible, transparent, secure, and ethical use of AI technologies.

Our objective is to ensure that AI-enabled functionalities are used in a lawful, fair, accountable, and trustworthy manner while promoting innovation, operational efficiency, and user benefit.

2. AI-ENABLED SERVICES

C. Human Oversight

AI-generated outputs are intended to assist users and should not be treated as a substitute for independent human judgment, professional advice, or regulatory compliance review.

Users remain responsible for evaluating outputs before relying upon them.

D. Fairness and Non-Discrimination

ResolX seeks to reduce unfair bias, discriminatory outcomes, and harmful impacts arising from AI systems wherever reasonably practicable.

E. Privacy and Data Protection

AI-related processing activities shall be conducted in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and our Privacy Policy.

F. Security and Reliability

We implement commercially reasonable safeguards designed to protect AI systems, user data, and platform integrity against unauthorized access, misuse, abuse, and security threats.

4. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

Users agree not to use the Services or AI-enabled functionalities:

· For unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive activities;

· To violate intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality, or proprietary rights;

· To generate misleading, defamatory, discriminatory, or harmful content;

· To create malicious code, malware, phishing material, or unauthorized surveillance tools;

· To attempt to manipulate, exploit, reverse engineer, or disrupt AI systems;

· For automated decision-making in high-risk scenarios without appropriate human review.

Users are solely responsible for their prompts, inputs, uploaded content, and reliance on generated outputs.

5. LIMITATIONS OF AI OUTPUTS


AI-generated outputs may:

· Be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or misleading;

· Produce unintended or inconsistent responses;

· Contain errors or hallucinations;

· Require human validation and review.

ResolX does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, legality, or suitability of AI-generated outputs for any specific purpose.

AI-generated content should not be solely relied upon for:

· Legal advice,

· Financial decisions,

· Medical decisions,

· Regulatory compliance,

· Employment decisions,

· Safety-critical operations,

· High-risk or sensitive matters.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Users retain ownership of lawful content submitted by them, subject to applicable agreements and licenses required for operation of the Services.

ResolX retains all rights relating to:

· AI systems,

· Models,

· Algorithms,

· Software,

· Workflows,

· Platform infrastructure,

· Proprietary technologies.

Users must ensure they possess appropriate rights for any content uploaded or processed through the Services.

7. THIRD-PARTY AI SERVICES

Certain AI functionalities may rely on third-party providers, APIs, cloud infrastructure, or integrated technologies.

ResolX does not control third-party AI providers and their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy practices.

8. POLICY VIOLATIONS

ResolX reserves the right to investigate suspected misuse of AI-enabled functionalities and may:

· Restrict or suspend access,

· Remove prohibited content,

· Report unlawful conduct,

· Terminate accounts or services,

· Take legal or technical action.

9. POLICY UPDATES

ResolX may update or revise this AI Policy periodically to reflect changes in technology, laws, regulatory guidance, or operational practices.

Updated versions shall become effective upon posting on the website.
